Harris Academy Morden is as the forefront of curriculum innovation; leading the London Schools Excellence Fund KS3 Ebacc reform for over 100 London Schools; organising termly 'Teach Meets' in a range of topics to share best practice with like-minded educators; and developing a range of CPD and research opportunities for our own teachers.
We now wish to expand our Teaching and Learning team and invite applications for the position of Lead Practitioner with a specialism for English.
You will be an experienced outstanding teacher of English. A teacher who wishes to share best practice, help nurture and develop teaching excellence and be interested in completing research to evidence impact.
We are looking for:
- An inspirational Lead Practitioner to secure outstanding learning in English
- A teacher who consistently models outstanding practice
- A teacher interested in collaboration to share best practice for all
- A teacher wanting to join our Teaching and Learning team focussed entirely on securing consistent Outstanding pedagogy

Courage: Students are expected to show resilience and have the determination to persist even when things are difficult.
