Job overview

The Headteacher and governors of Hallfield Primary School are seeking to appoint outstanding Leader of Learning for years 2, 3 and 4. This position is non-classed based for a lead practitioner to deliver outstanding lessons, inspire and support the development of colleagues and secure outstanding outcomes for all pupils.

Hallfield Primary School is a good school with an outstanding creative curriculum (Ofsted October 2013), securely on the journey to outstanding looking for an excellent practitioner who can further strengthen the Senior Leadership Team.

You will be able to demonstrate that you can engage and inspire pupils, set high expectations and have the ability and drive to raise standards and provide evidence of this.
