Job overview

This is a key role in leading the Personal Tutor team in their delivery of an excellent service that supports students through every aspect of the learner journey, from enrolment to progression.

A successful applicant will have experience of tutoring and supporting students and a proven track record in working positively and collaboratively with curriculum and service delivery teams. Post holder will work closely with the Director of Learner Support to develop and manage other members of the learner support teams in their work with students, to monitor and evaluate the impact of tutorial provision and to plan and implement a comprehensive tutorial programme that meets the requirements of Common Inspection Framework.

This post is subject to a DBS check.
