A talented and committed Learning Mentor is required within our Secondary Phase to support Teachers and work with individual pupils and groups (some with particular requirements such as SEN or behavioural issues), enabling them to engage more effectively within their learning and levels of achievement through appropriate provision.

You will be able to demonstrate a range of behaviour management strategies and teaching skills, be well organised and have high expectations of achievement and behaviour.

You will possess excellent communication skills, at all levels, along with the ability to engage constructively with and relate to, a wide range of young people from different backgrounds. Previous experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous.
