Rugby High School is seeking to appoint a learning mentor to work as part of a team supporting Sixth Form students and enabling them to become resilient and effective independent learners. If you are a graduate with mentoring skills coupled with a good range of learning strategies and with at least one year's experience of working with young people, then this might be the job for you.

Rugby High School is a caring, friendly school community in which staff development is supported. We have approximately 300 students in our Sixth Form of whom half join us from other schools. The vast majority of our students choose to go university. The school has twice been graded 'outstanding' by Ofsted.
