Part-time 13 hours, term-time, fixed term for 1 year (maternity over)

The Personal Support Team is responsible for the provision of specialised support for specific students across college, namely those with Autism Spectrum Conditions, Language Impairment, Visual Impairment, Physical Access needs and d/Deaf students. In addition, we run an extensive range of deaf studies courses, from pre-Level 1 Taster courses through to NVQ Level 6 BSL programmes.

We are looking for a Lecturer to provide temporary maternity cover to teach our BSL courses and to work with d/Deaf learners on a 1:1 basis, to develop their language skills and confidence within the hearing world. You will have some relevant teaching experience, with extensive experience of working with d/Deaf young people. D/Deaf applicants are warmly welcomed.

Cambridge Regional College is a co-educational further education college located in Cambridge. Providing places to students aged 14 and over, the college has several thousand learners young and old, full and part-time.
