Job Overview:

UCB are looking to recruit a Lecturer in Bakery Skills to teach across a range of bakery and confectionery programmes in the College of Food.

The successful candidate will have relevant industry experience and a high level of technical skill combined with either a teaching or training background. You will be knowledgeable about bakery theory, hygiene and safety and vocational and proficiency qualifications and also enthusiastic about your own development, including attaining a teaching qualification.

The post-holder must have a flexible approach to work, as evening/weekend work may occasionally be required.
