About the role:

The Centre for Applied Sciences wishes to appoint an experienced Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering to each on the BTEC L3 Extended Diploma in Engineering. The post holder would be expected to teach Mechanical Principles and Mathematics. The post requires practical engineering workshop skills, experience and qualifications in Engineering. The successful candidate will also make a contribution to the delivery of Mathematics on other programmes such as the Foundation Year in Engineering offered in partnership with City University.

About you:

Qualified with honours degree in Mechanical or other related Engineering disciplines, you should preferably hold a Teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one. You will have experience of teaching practical mechanical engineering lessons and the ability to teach Engineering related subjects effectively up to level 4.
