Job overview
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced individual to teach a range of subjects to full time and apprentice learners undertaking City and Guilds qualifications at levels 1, 2 and 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics and IMI level 2 Motorsport. A strong automotive industry background and recent experience of working within a motor vehicle teaching environment is essential.
The role will also include undertaking course tutor, responsibilities for two groups of learners. It is therefore expected that the successful candidate will already have a proven track record of working within a similar busy teaching environment.
Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Hold a relevant teaching and assessing qualifications.
- Must have a minimum level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification
- Have proven experience of providing outstanding support for learners
- Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and quality
- Recent industry experience (Mechanical)
