Lecturer in Teacher Education and Training, Suffolk

You will teach and assess on a range of FE and HE teaching programmes, with a key role in driving and supporting the continuous improvement in the standard of teaching, learning and assessment across the College. You will be part of a team developing and cascading innovative and inspiring teaching and learning materials and techniques, ensuring dissemination of good practice in all areas of the College and the wider community.

You will be a qualified teacher with a degree in a related subject, and have a good knowledge of teacher training qualifications at all levels. You will have experience of leading professional development through mentoring and coaching and a sound understanding of the requirements of teachers, trainers and tutors in the sector.
