Uxbridge College is a highly successful Further Education College in West London. In May 2008 the College was awarded the grade of 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.

We are seeking to appoint a Media Lecturer to deliver a range of programmes and contribute to the development of courses within our successful Media Section, based within our School of Creative Studies.

You will possess a relevant degree or equivalent level qualification, experience gained within the industry and BTEC teaching experience in the subject area. We are particularly keen to hear from those with a good working knowledge of editing systems (including Final Cut Pro) and/or media theory. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to engage young people aged 16-19. You should either possess an advanced level teaching qualification or be prepared to obtain this, which the College will support financially in full over the two year period of the course.
