A vacancy has arisen at Sunnyside Academy for a Level 1 Specialist Teaching Assistant to work in our High Needs Base.
Sunnyside Academy is a large primary school situated in Coulby Newham with 350+ pupils from the surrounding area. The school also has special needs bases for children with sensory impairment and for children with moderate learning difficulties. The school is committed to creating a fully inclusive educational environment and it is vital that applicants share this commitment.
The Governing Body wishes to appoint a good classroom practitioner in the first instance, therefore applications are welcome from colleagues working in mainstream primary schools as well as the SEN sector.
