Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week
Macclesfield College's European Centre for Aerospace Training offers Advanced Diplomas in Engineering and Manufacturing & Product Design as well as BTEC, NVQ and Degree level qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Construction and Automotive Engineering as well as professional qualifications for adults.
The post would suit a skilled and qualified Aerospace Engineer that wants to pass on their skills to the Engineers of the future or an experienced Aerospace Lecturer.
The successful candidate will teach on a range of engineering and aerospace programmes and act as course leader for programme(s) specified by the Curriculum Leader.
A degree or equivalent qualification in an Engineering related discipline is essential, and you must be able to demonstrate a good level of health & safety awareness.
You will have a willingness to undertake a formal teaching qualification to required national standards or a Level 5 teaching qualification teaching qualification. A minimum of 5 years' relevant industrial work experience is desirable.
