We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and creative Marketing and Recruitment Officer to drive the Humber UTC marketing and recruitment strategy, utilising their own creative flair and marketing experience.

The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator who will be able to motivate and enthuse all parts of the HUTC in the development of marketing, maximising student recruitment and promoting the HUTC using a wide range of strategies.

All-round computer literacy, marketing qualifications and a strong understanding and experience of general marketing/recruitment aspects including social media is essential. The person needs to have a highly positive attitude, a flexible approach to work, be a true team player and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

The post holder will initially be based at North Lindsey College and will have the flexibility, in the new role to develop the marketing function and support business planning, ensuring strong brand identification locally.

This is an excellent and exciting time to join the HUTC which is due to open in September 2015.
