Big Life Schools is part of the Big Life group of social businesses; we are one of the largest Social Enterprises in the UK. Big Life Schools opened its' first Primary School, Longsight Community Primary in September 2013 and has entered pre opening stages for its second Primary, Unity community Primary which is due to open in September 2015.
We are looking to appoint a School Improvement Lead for our growing Multi Academy Trust. The main aim is to support the development of our provision to continuously drive attainment so that children educated and cared for at a Big Life School achieve their full potential and aspirations.
The successful candidate will have vision, commitment and drive to achieve the very best through continuous improvement. We are looking for a strong leader with experience and a proven track record of leading and securing improvement in at least one primary school, preferably in diverse or challenging areas. They will be innovative and be able to engage a wide range of stakeholders in supporting the improvement of standards. They will work within the Big Life values.
