Oasis Academy Warndon is looking for a high quality leader to drive whole school standards in Mathematics. The position will involve being a class teacher and leading a vital core subject with energy and commitment. The successful candidate will: lead teaching and learning in their subject across the school; develop whole school agreed approaches; implement effective systems for monitoring and evaluating the subject; develop a high quality programme of CPD and play an integral role in the development of the new academy, as part of the leadership team for a successful and growing national organisation. You will be encouraged to rapidly develop your skills as we grow together in achieving the very best for our young people.
