Governors are looking for an exceptional candidate who can demonstrate energy, vision, strategic leadership and initiative. Applicants must have the passion and commitment to help drive the development and implementation of new educational initiatives as the school enters its next phase of improvement.
We are looking for somebody who:
- Has aspiration and ability to deliver outstanding Maths lessons;
- Can motivate and inspire students to secure excellent exam success in Maths;
- Will play a full role in the school community including being an excellent academic mentor.
Carter is one of the most improved schools in the country and was rated as "good" in all areas by Ofsted in November 2012. Hamworthy is designated as a regeneration area which will see substantial growth: the school is projected to double in size over the next 5 years.
