Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) seeks to employ a team of staff in full and part-time roles to work in the pioneering Youth Achievement Foundation, an Independent School providing full-time education to learners who are at risk of being, or who have been, excluded from mainstream education. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast moving environment, using the badge of a professional football club as a tool to engage with learners.

Candidates should be experienced in supporting pupils with additional needs, including behaviour, and be passionate about securing the best possible provision for every pupil. You will need to be flexible, enjoy working with people and have strong interpersonal and team working skills.
