Nursery Manager

(40 hours a week).

Keren's Nursery is a high quality and thriving childcare setting, with two branches based in the beautiful areas of Hampstead Garden Suburb (N2) and Belsize Park (NW3). Our aim is to provide a 'home away from home' setting for all of our children and we are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified and experienced Nursery Manager to join our nursery in Hampstead Garden Suburb!

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day operation of the nursery, ensuring the team delivers a high quality service, care and education.

This role will prove an exciting opportunity for the right individual, as we are a rapidly growing business. You will be joining a large team in a supernumerary capacity.

You must have knowledge of all aspects of nursery operation - this includes a good understanding of the regulatory and practice requirements, staff management and customer service.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role is essential. It would be desirable to have SEN experience to lead on this area within the setting.

A minimum of NVQ3 qualification is essential but NVQ 5 and above would be preferable.
