Location:   Ashgrove Children's Centre
Duration:   Permanent
Hours:        Part-Time (23.1 hours per week, afternoons only)

Qualification Requirements
Full GTC (Scotland) Registration in relevant subject. PVG Membership for Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults or willingness to obtain prior to a formal offer of employment being made.

Job Specific Requirements
Ability to teach the full range of time-tabled courses in the subject area, experience in the subject area, and of planning and assessment of pupil learning. Classroom management skills, a knowledge of current issues and developments in curriculum and experience of curriculum development.(See person specification for further details).

Please note that the Nursery Teacher will be part of a Children's Centre and not a school setting. They will be providing pre-school provision in line with other local authority nursery classes but will not be attached to a school. Ashgrove Nursery is co-located with the ASN Service and in due course the 'Me2' Service for Two Year Olds.
