Nursery Teacher

With the growth of Chepstow House School and the subsequent opening of a Nursery Department we are now looking for a Qualified Nursery Teacher to join in January 2015.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of developing and creating a growing Nursery in a vibrant and high attaining school setting.

Applications are invited from experienced Nursery Teachers who have an excellent knowledge of the E.Y.F.S and the dedication and enthusiasm to be part of a growing team. We require someone who is able to develop an inspiring and well planned Early Years programme.  You must hold an Early Years Teaching qualification to degree level. Experience of working in an Independent School would be desirable.

Job Summary

The Nursery Teacher will be responsible for a group of up to 20 children within the 2-5 year old age range. Responsibilities include planning and presenting lessons and activities in accordance with the EYFS, working closely with all other members of the team, to provide an outstanding learning environment. To maintain all records, write reports and keep up to date observations on all their key children. To liaise and meet with parents, in order to promote our 'Parent Teacher Partnership'.
