You will be responsible for assisting the National Organiser with activities that identify priority workplaces for membership recruitment activity, developing intelligence on employer strengths and weaknesses and communicating the Union's policies and messages across the Region.
To be successful, you will combine your outstanding presentation skills, and the ability to inspire confidence and trust, with a strong analytical ability. You will also have a history of building effective Trade Unions, preferably within Education. Graduates from the TUC Organising Academy are welcomed.
