The Guildford College Group is looking for a Payroll and Systems Administrator to provide comprehensive support and systems administration for the HR system (iTrent), as a member of the HR team.

This role will include system housekeeping and user support and training to HR, payroll, staff and management users and payroll support. This role will report to the HR Manager - Systems, Payroll and Projects, the post-holder will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the iTrent system, as well as making a contribution to further development work.

To be considered for this role you should have strong payroll and systems knowledge, having previous experience of using ITrent as a core user.

You should have detailed knowledge of how an HR system is configured and requirements to be maintained, understanding of payroll processing and procedures and good knowledge of report and query design.
