Location: Oasis Academy Blakenhale Infants, Garrett's Green, Birmingham

Oasis Academy Blakenhale Infants is looking to appoint an outstanding Early Years Foundation Stage / Year 1 Phase Leader. This exciting new post offers the opportunity for an outstanding, creative and dynamic teacher to lead our 39 FTE place (78 children) Nursery, three form Reception and Year 1 teams. You will help us achieve outstanding success by leading and driving improvements in provision for all of our children within the phase.

Our Early Years Foundation Stage and Year 1 phase is well equipped and is currently being improved in terms of the learning areas and facilities. We already have in place a hard working team, delightful children and supportive families.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in the development of the academy as part of the leadership team, where you will be encouraged to contribute and professionally develop your leadership attributes.
