We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record in high quality teaching to become our Key Stage One Phase Leader.

This role will take responsibility for building and maintaining an exciting, engaging and first class curriculum across Key Stage One.  You will take the lead in supporting your teaching colleagues to build their skills and expertise through effective mentoring and pragmatic leadership, ensuring the delivery of high quality teaching throughout our Year 1 and 2 classes.

You will hold a primary specific degree or equivalent level qualification, be an experienced teacher of this phase and have a proven track record of raising standards, leading a team and motivating others to achieve excellence.
