Job overview

An exciting opportunity exists to join our successful and highly-valued team of Primary Advisers committed to raising standards.

You will be responsible within the East Cambs and Fenland area team for providing advice to schools in securing improvement, and standards of pupil achievement, teaching, learning, leadership and management and governance in schools

You will have extensive knowledge and experience of work within the Primary age range at headteacher level, or working with schools causing concern in a Local Authority.

We are seeking exceptional candidates who have a good record as a headteacher or in school improvement and you will have energy and the ability to work in a team that sets itself, and schools, high standards - sometimes in difficult situations.

It will be essential to liaise effectively with headteachers and governors in schools and with officers and members of the Local Authority.
