As a result of an increase in pupils on roll, we are looking to extend our Leadership Team. You will be responsible for the quality of teaching and learning across one phase of the school (EY& KS1, Lower KS2 or Upper KS2.). This role will be a great stepping stone to Deputy Headship.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an outstanding and innovative classroom practitioner with a proven record of securing high levels of attainment and progress
• Has at least 4 years' teaching experience in at least 2 year groups
• Has a passion for professional development
• Inspires children to become lifelong learners
• Is a highly motivated teacher, who can lead and support colleagues
