St George's British School Madrid is a co-educational independent all-through school with a sixth form. It is based in Madrid in Spain. 

Students at the school study for the IGCSE and A Level examinations. The school is also an authorised examination centre for these courses. Whilst pupils at the school follow courses in preparation for recognised UK examinations, they do so in conjunction with being taught obligatory elements of the Spanish curriculum. For instance, students study the Spanish language and humanities. In terms of facilities, St George's British School Madrid is equipped with specialised music rooms, arts and crafts centres and computer labs, personalised independent study classrooms, a library, science laboratories, an indoor gym, outdoor tracks, a playground, a kitchen, and a dining hall.

St George's British School Madrid aims to help its students to become confident, knowledgeable, and creative adults who are equipped to make a significant contribution to the modern world. It wishes for them to understand and have empathy for the diverse cultures throughout the world. Students are expected to develop a love of learning. The school wishes to provide a secure, stimulating, motivating and tranquil learning environment for its pupils. It aims to provide what it sees as a British education in a bicultural environment. It also wishes to help prepare pupils for adult life by encouraging self-confidence, mutual respect, a sense of duty and ethical values.
