The students, staff and governors are seeking to appoint a motivational and inspiring Principal to lead our 'Good' Academy to 'Outstanding', and who truly believe 'All Will Succeed'.
We require someone who:
- Is committed to excellence in all aspects of academy life and is able to build upon past successes leading the future development of this academy
- Has evidence of working effectively and collaboratively in a team
- Is a good role model for outstanding teaching
- Has a passion for young people and the fulfillment of their potential
- Has excellent interpersonal skills with the vision and enthusiasm to motivate and inspire students, staff, governors, parents and the wider community
- Values a broad, balanced curriculum
