The Seckford Foundation Free Schools Trust is scheduled to open two new Free Schools in Suffolk and is looking for three exceptional leaders. Both Saxmundham Free School and Beccles Free School will be 11 to 16 non-selective, all-ability schools and will open in September 2012 with year groups 7, 8 and 9. The Saxmundham and Beccles Free Schools will be beacons of aspiration for the children of their community and will provide an unashamedly traditional academic education for all their students, based on high quality pastoral care.

Principal of the Seckford Free Schools

Start date Sept 2012 or earlier for a suitable candidate who is available to support the development of the two schools.

You will need to be a talented and inspirational leader with the drive to enable our vision to become reality. You will have an overview of all the Free Schools in the Trust, providing strategic direction and creativity, have the credibility to inspire staff, learners and external partners, ensuring that all learners aim for and achieve their full potential. You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering clear strategic leadership focused on high quality results and in this high profile role will be expected to drive the Free Schools forward with passion, commitment and vision.
