• a substantial record of successful school leadership

• a strategic and decisive leadership style and pragmatically capable of leading a small school and enabling growth

• a flair for attracting, retaining and developing managerial and educational talent
• able to drive the marketing and admissions process of the school with passion and an adherence to quality
• able to communicate excellently with students, teachers, parents and community leaders in a manner that is open, inclusive and conveys the values of the school
• able to manage financial budgets with astuteness and engage and contribute successfully in a corporate team environment
