The International Community School, Abu Dhabi, invites application for the position of Principal.

We are looking to recruit a Principal with significant experience in leading US curriculum schools. Candidates with outstanding leadership and management skills will be considered. Moreover, a proven track record of effective staff management and strategic leadership experience.

The ideal candidate should have proven track record of education leadership and ability to motivate staff at all levels through strong communication skills, positive personality and the ability work and deliver in challenging situations.

The desired candidate must possess a master degree from an accredited university and an excellent understanding of the structure of American School systems, with a minimum of 10 years teaching and leadership experience. The ability to interact positively and effectively with a culturally diverse learning community is essential. An Ideal candidate should also have previous working experience in, UAE, GCC or Middle Eastern countries with a very good understanding of cultural and social orientation of the local culture.
