Safa Community School is a new school that opened its doors to its first batch of students in Sept 2014. Building on the success of its sister school, the new school is built with a vision to be a model for the future of education - representing a forward thinking, integrated response to the educational challenges of tomorrow. This is reflected in every facet of the school - the children friendly architecture of the school campus, the design of classrooms and learning spaces as well as comprehensive outdoor sports facilities. The school aims to be a truly 'community' school - with strong linkages between students, parents, teachers and other members of its immediate community.

The school currently caters to FS1 to Year 8 and higher year groups will be added progressively.

We are seeking a dynamic school Principal who can lead the school and build a strong ethos and a positive culture. The Principal will be in a unique position to shape the growth and development of this new school while working closely with all the teachers and the management team. The Principal would be responsible for setting extremely high standards of learning across the year groups as well as create a strong extra curricular curriculum that caters to all developmental aspects of our children.


The school Principal should meet the following requirements :

  • Appropriate UK teaching qualifications, Degree plus PGCE, B.Ed., etc
  • Evidence of a strong commitment to high academic standards
  • Demonstrated leadership in UK / International through schools
  • Commitment to the wellbeing and pastoral care of children
