The role of the Programme Co-ordinator is to provide direct support to schools offered within the Barnardo's Implementation and Coaching Model.
Working directly with schools concerning issues of fidelity, programme quality, programme adaptation, programme generalisation and sustainability, you will facilitate communication between the overall PATHS® Plus team in Barnardo's and the specific programme implementers in the various schools.
You must have a professional teaching qualification as well as experience of working in a school environment as a qualified teacher. You must also have experience of providing a co-ordinator role and developing collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
