We are currently recruiting a Programme and Quality Leader Maths to drive our continued success and take the lead in providing excellent teaching, learning and assessment to our learners.
As a member of the Department's management team you will take an active role in the business planning and review process including setting department targets in relation to retention and achievement. You will be responsible for ensuring the department achieves its objectives and performance targets by providing strong, effective line management to maximise team performance. You will also have teaching caseload of 18 hours per week.
With a PGCE/Certificate in Education or equivalent, a relevant degree or vocational qualification, and significant teaching experience in an FE context you will have the ability to drive change, gain commitment and effectively manage a team to achieve results. Experience of quality assurance including classroom observations and internal inspection is essential.
