Quality and Compliance Manager

We are recruiting for a Quality and Compliance Manager to work across Building Lives academies in London.

We are looking for engaging, dynamic and hardworking individuals to join part of our growing and fast paced social enterprise.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for all centers and assessors ensuring that Building Lives complies will awarding body standards. This will involve ensuring all Building Lives portfolio's are in a position to be passed for completion by creating a planned, self managed process of monitoring and advising assessors of their work. This includes assisting all members of the process; assessors, tutors and apprentices with current and up to date guidance set out by the awarding body.

The post holder will also be responsible for the development and educational delivery of the Building Lives programme by establishing new courses and delivery methods. This will include assisting with the management of the Key Stage 4 delivery programme.

You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate and flexible with a 'think on their feet' attitude to be successful in this role. This role will require satellite working so the ability to work independently and confidently manage your workload is essential. In turn you will become part of a fast paced, dynamic and passionate organization that is going from strength to strength and willing to invest in staff that show the right willingness and attitude.
