Brook Hill International School, Belgrade, Serbia, requires an experienced and motivated Reception Teacher who can work both independently and as part of a close team to create an enthusiastic, stimulating and friendly learning environment.

Brook Hill is a small, new school delivering education based on the UK National Curriculum. It was founded in 2012 and since then has been steadily growing and developing.Today Brook Hill is presenting a mixture of diverse cultures -every day 130 children from more than 15 nationalities get valuable learning experiences in the Pre-school, Reception, Primary and Secondary departments of our school.

We are located at peaceful area of Dedinje which is not far from the center of the city.

We offer:

  • Full time Reception Teacher position
  • Two years contract, starting now- to permanent position

Applicants should have:

  • Experience in teaching Reception children aged 4/5 years old
  • Lots of motivation and a positive attitude when working with young children
  • Planning skills and the willingness to follow new changes in curriculum/program.
  • Good communication skills and be able to develop and maintain good, professional relationships with parents and staff.
  • The ability to work in an international environment.

About Brook Hill International School

Brook Hill International School is a mixed, mainstream, all-through with a sixth form, independent school in Belgrade, Serbia. It caters to students aged three to eighteen. 

Brook Hill International School was founded in 2012. Students get tested with IGCSEs and AS and A level exams.

Visions and value 

The school aims to teach every student to be creative, to learn how to think logically, work collaboratively and to become lifelong learners. The main morals they promote are tolerance, respect, family and moral values, healthy competition, academic progress and healthy living. The school believes in the importance of creativity in order to help make the curriculum more exciting and stimulating to each individual child.  

The curriculum provides an educational programme based on the national curriculum of England and Wales in conjunction with the Cambridge International Education and Examination Framework. Extra-curricular activities include things like science fairs and Christmas concerts to give each pupil a fully rounded education.
