This is a great opportunity for an experienced In-House Recruitment Advisor to take the lead for a responsive and effective recruitment service to the College.

You will be focused on building strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, developing a variety of recruitment methods to ensure that the right caliber of individuals are attracted to the organisation.

You will be driven, enthusiastic about developing new ways of working and must have worked in an autonomous role previously, managing the full recruitment cycle. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to build upon the solid recruitment foundations in place, but to bring creativity and innovation to further develop the recruitment function.
This position will require experienced candidates who have a thorough understanding of how the recruitment process works both for permanent and temporary staff. You will also line-manage the Recruitment Assistant.

You will have the ability to work on numerous vacancies simultaneously, provide a superb service to internal stakeholders, recruitment service suppliers and candidates alike and ultimately deliver an outstanding service across the College.
