Job overview
We currently have an exciting entry-level opportunity within our Resources team for a Resources Assistant.
Supporting the TES Resources Deputy Content Manager; the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality of the resources shared on TES branded websites; ensuring resources meet site terms and conditions; collating content and writing copy for resource collections and newsletters; generating reports and stats on content usage; monitor events in the resources calendars to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
The Resources Assistant will also respond to both internal and external resource queries, have responsibility for specific pages of the TES site and record and analyse weekly newsletter statistics.
You will have excellent administration experience and be comfortable managing telephone conversations. With your attention to detail and prioritising skills, you will have the ability to work independently and drive tasks forward. It is important that you can work in a fast-paced environment and work to strict deadlines. You will have solid Microsoft Office skills and a strong interest in the education sector.
Experience in teaching or working in a publishing/editorial environment would be an advantage.
