Brecknock Primary School is seeking to recruit an exceptional and dynamic School Business Manager.

The post will be between 25 and 37.5 hours per week to be negotiated. We need someone who is able to lead the school's admin and premises staff and play a key role in supporting the Head and Governors in setting and meeting the school's strategic objectives.

The SBM will also be responsible for all aspects of site and financial management, including the school data base, HR systems and policies to ensure that statutory requirements are met.

A key aspect of the position will be to ensure that all services are of high quality, conform to legislation, are best practice and cost effective.

Previous experience of working in a school would be desirable.
