We are seeking to appoint a talented School Business Manager to have oversight of the school's financial and administrative services and to work closely with senior leaders to ensure effective and efficient whole school strategic development.

The successful candidate should be experienced and skilled in managing the wide range of tasks needed for a School Business Manager and have the financial background necessary to manage the budget.

Additional requirements include outstanding interpersonal skills, time management and the ability to use school data management systems. Personnel experience would also be beneficial as the School Business Manager will assist in conducting staff performance reviews and sickness absence management meetings.

In addition to the duties described above the post holder will provide direct administrative support to the Executive Headteacher and Associate Headteacher.
