St Paul's is a popular, successful and oversubscribed school that serves children from the local Primrose Hill area. We are looking for an enthusiastic, financially experienced person to undertake responsibility for the day-to-day organisation, management, and supervision of the administration functions of the school, including Finance, Premises and HR.

We are looking for an individual who wants to work as part of a small leadership team making a real difference for children, staff and parents at our school through:

  • Managing a diverse and busy office
  • Reviewing procedures and successfully implementing agreed
    improvements
  • Financial and budgetary control including providing reports to the Headteacher and Governing Body

You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with the whole school community. You will need to manage your workload effectively and work to deadlines whilst retaining a sense of humour and priority to children.
