The Diocese of Lincoln is seeking outstanding individuals to join our dedicated and talented team which inspires and nurtures our family of 141 Church Schools. This is an exciting and challenging role, in the context of an organisation which places Christian values at the heart of our Church School family.

The successful candidates will have a proven track record of leading school improvement, expertise in a specialist area, and be committed to the development of outstanding schools. They will have excellent interpersonal and pastoral skills, be able to take initiatives and embrace new opportunities and have the ability to work strategically, building strong, effective partnerships with a variety of stake holders in education. The post will also require someone with an enthusiasm for exploring, with schools, the new structural possibilities open to them.
