We are seeking to recruit an outstanding Science teacher with a commitment to academic excellence and passionate about helping everychild succeed. The Head of Science will help to shape and deliver our science curriculum and play an integral role in our vision for success. This role represents an excellent development opportunity for an  outstanding teacher looking for their first experience of middle leadership.

The Successful Candidate will:

• Have experience of teaching at an outstanding level have demonstrable evidence of raising attainment in an urban, multicultural setting
• be committed to Keyham's ethos of high expectations and no excuses
• have the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of pupils
• possess a strong desire to help us develop an outstanding department where learning is greatly valued by all
• have experience of working in a challenging classroom environment, implementing and developing schemes to improve behaviour.
