You will support the School of Academic, Public Services and Sports Studies and Business, Professional and Continuing Education working with the Access to Higher Education, A level and GCSE teams.

You will be required to provide an efficient and effective technical and training support service for Science. This will involve supporting Science teaching sessions within the College and the safe maintenance of science laboratories, workshops and preparation areas.

It is essential that you have the ability to build positive relationships, displaying excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills, demonstrating a flexible and professional attitude.

The role will require you to take on and work to the college's values; working with Professionalism, taking Responsibility for your actions, and giving Respect to clients and colleagues alike.

Vision West Nottinghamshire College is a mixed, non-denominational further education college in Nottinghamshire serving students from the age of 16 and above. The college has approximately 1,200  full and part-time students attending every year. The college has six sites based in Ashfield and Mansfield. 

Vision West Nottinghamshire College was established as a Technical College in 1928. It was renamed Vision West Nottinghamshire College in 2011. Facilities across the campuses include an engineering innovation centre, art and design centre, sports hall, a hair and beauty training salon and a training restaurant for catering and hospitality students to train in.
