In our last OFSTED inspection, we were designated an "Outstanding School", in April 2012 we became a Teaching School and in July 2012 we were awarded the "Leadership Team of the Year Award" by the TES.

Are you an outstanding teacher ready for a new challenge? James Brindley School seeks to provide a high quality education to children and young people unable to attend mainstream school because of health related needs.

As well as individuals from the special school sector, we would welcome applications from people who have recent mainstream experience and are willing to apply their skills in a different setting.

There is the possibility of additional Recruitment & Retention points being offered for shortage subjects and outstanding candidates.

Closing date: Midday on 30th April 2014.
