This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic leader to work with 305 students and 45 adults towards our vision to be a world leader in international education.

DISV was founded in 1992 and currently has 565 students representing 60 different nationalities. We have a staff of 97 who are multi-national and multi-cultural representing 27 different nationalities. The School is housed in an elegant early 20th century building in the 2nd district in the world's best city.

The Secondary School offers the IB MYP and IB Diploma programmes with the school proudly having the best IB Diploma pass rates in Austria for the last 2 years. Students naturally enter some of the best colleges and universities in the world. There is strong emphasis on making the learning experience one that is strives for excellence, engages minds, excites learners, is empathetic and is ethical. In particular, we want our students to enjoy coming to school.

DISV is an inclusive school with strong support for English language learners and for children with learning challenges.

The current Secondary School Principal will be retiring at the end of the current academic year. He leaves a school, which is on the verge of becoming an innovative centre for learning and teaching. Our ideal candidate profile is someone:

Salary and Benefits: The salary will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. There is a benefits package to accompany the salary.
