The Aviary Nursery is a 56 place fully inclusive nursery which aims to create a happy, caring, and fun learning experience for all children. It is an inclusive setting with currently 40% of the children attending with Special Educational Needs. The team value the diversity and uniqueness of our families and children.

Experience of working with children who have a range of physical, sensory and behavioural needs, and a commitment to multi-agency working and positive teamwork are essential, as you will be working to ensure children have access to high quality learning experiences, where children's individual learning needs are met.

Keen to provide an enabling learning environment that encourages children to learn and develop through play, you will take accountability for ensuring children's progress is monitored and recorded and appropriate targets are set for children with special needs.
