Uxbridge College is a highly successful Further Education College situated in West London. We achieved the grade of 'Outstanding' in our last Ofsted inspection (May 2008).
We are seeking an organised, motivated and numerate individual to join our Finance team to ensure the accurate processing, recording and collection of income through the credit control system.
You will process all supplier related invoices through our system (Aptos), follow up on outstanding invoices, process BACS runs and reconcile the purchase ledger on a monthly basis.
You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent including Maths and English at Grade C or above, possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Finance Officer role with experience of computerised accounting systems and procedures. You will also have good communication skills, experience of working to deadlines and be able work effectively as part of a team.
