Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a leading member of some forthcoming projects involving cutting-edge and cloud-based technologies. The successful candidate will manage the small team of IT engineers, mentoring and training to enhance their skill set and provide a high level IT service across two campuses in supporting over 6000 users in a busy educational environment.

The role will require a minimum of 1 years experience as a 3rd Line Engineer or have demonstrated skills pertinent to this position. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of MS Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, network switches, BYOD, backup solutions, cloud-based technologies and anti-virus software.

Candidates must have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, organisational skills and the willingness to work flexibly.
